Navy Seal 1 v. Biden:
The fact that the judge in this case recognizes that the decision to be vaccinated is “life altering” is awesome. It means this judge understands what is happening with this gene therapy.

Navy Seal 1 v. Biden:
These are the findings of fact from the testimony of Navy Commander 1 - the judge incorporates that all denials are identical - which means that they can’t be making independent decisions for each. This commander also said that operations would be fine and it would be ok to grant exemptions to a number of his crew - but his command ignored that and denied them anyway. More to come.

While the Navy said that they believed the commanders religious beliefs were sincerely held, they posit that the measures that had been implemented to try to keep sailors well throughout the pandemic were not 100% effective - and wouldn’t be sufficient moving forward.
The shot is FAR from 100% effective at anything. As a matter of fact, it’s harmful.

This footnote is powerful. The judge basically states that the chain of command may be influenced by pressure to have submitted the affidavit they did after the fact, an affidavit which questioned immaterial parts of the commanders testimony.
