So Sussman files a motion to strike on the paragraphs that Durham included that have caused such a ruckus. Sussman laments the media attention etc. Durham replies to the motion declaring there’s no reason for it —- and in what can only be described as irony or the worlds most ultimate troll ever, he uses the case of Roger Stone during the Mueller investigation as his case law to cite why potentially embarrassing or other info can be made public in filings.

It’s a huge F U and using their own tactics against them.
