Here the judge in this case scolds the government for doing what he didn’t want them to do, and forcing action because they basically can’t help themselves but be tyrants. (A bit of interpretative leeway on my part)

The judge is saying the RECORD in the case shows systematic discrimination. That the RECORD shows that they are acting in this way — that means the facts, not legal arguments or motions or filings. The judge is excoriating the government here.

BREAKING: Ottawa Police say they may need to call in the military on the truckers

BREAKING: A federal judge in Florida has granted a temporary restraining order to two service members facing disciplinary action after the military denied their appeals for religious accommodation from the COVID vaccine.

Judge Steven Merryday ruled that the service members would likely prevail on the merits of the case, stating that the respective branches of the military have "wrongfully denied" their religious exemptions.

The judge also ruled that unless the military presents better legal defense than it has thus far, the court is likely to rule the same way and expand his order.

A hearing has been set for February 10.

This tracks with known operational patterns of Al Qaeda: using women & children as human shields.
