On March 22nd, 2021, Steve Robinson and Shelby Busch met with Steve Chucri to push for Maricopa County’s cooperation with a full forensic audit by the Arizona Senate.

Chucri seemed to agree with the majority of voters who were calling for an audit.

Audio Transcript Highlights:

Chucri: ...I’m committed to people, I wanted to take out Adrian Fontes too and we did, I’m proud of that. That Guy’s a scumbag. And so why would we stop?

Chucri: ...You know what I think it was, in hindsight. Gates got scared because he barely won. And Jack got scared because he only won by 200 votes, and then there was an (old) audit and a recount, which was pretty bullshit, by the way...

If anyone is going to do the right thing, it will be Steve Chucri.

Garland Favorito Following Monday’s Hearing: ‘We Believe We Can Prove They Made False Statements’ | War Room

VoterGA co-founder Garland Favorito joined War Room following Judge Amero’s Monday ruling, which John Fredericks called “an unmitigated disaster.”

Garland said that while the delays were disappointing, there were some important wins:

“Today the court confirmed several things we have said all along:

1. There is prima facie evidence of election fraud in the affidavits from senior poll managers who swear they handled counterfeit ballots in the Fulton Co hand count audit

2. The Equal Protection and Due Process claims of the petitioners are valid allegations of Constitutional rights violations based on the evidence

3. An inspection of the ballots must be made to determine if they are counterfeit and whether or not the Constitutional rights of the petitioners have been violated

4. The Petitioners obviously have the correct standing to pursue their claims

We will be delayed another two months because the attorney representing the Democrats on the Fulton County Election Board provided what we believe is obvious false information to the court. The GBI has never interviewed Suzi Voyles, conducted an investigation into counterfeit ballots or claimed that Suzi Voyles recanted any part of her affidavit.”

TGP also spoke with Garland following the hearing yesterday. Garland explained:

“So basically the judge is saying we have a rock-solid case.  Samuels came out with the false information that the GBI is investigating.  They’re not.  Then they claimed the judge’s orders was blocking their investigation.  That’s not true either. The GBI absolutely, positively does not have an investigation going into the counterfeit ballots and Suzi Voyle’s affidavit.

Don Samuels made that assertion multiple times and it was a false assertion. We believe we can prove that their attorney lied.”

Heather Mullins confirmed the 2 week wait on the True the Vote information on John Fredricks show this morning. They want to give people in authority the opportunity to begin an investigation. If they dont, they will release the videos and use public opinion to force the issue. The videos show identifiable people committing the bad acts. That is why they are hesitant.
They are waiting to get an appointment with Kemp

We have to keep up the pressure. Many in the Legislature seem to have hung their hats on the Voter GA case, but that will not be resolved any time soon. We have to exert pressure any way we can

I have received no indication that Arizona Senate leadership will have any assurance of chain-of-custody regarding the routers and splunk logs. There has been zero communication regarding this issue and I sit and wait for Friday like everyone else. I find it amazing there are people out there claiming that this is a win and that we have the routers. This goes to show you that you must fact check everything and trust no one.

At this point, if we do not get rid of these machines it's over for Arizona.

I have learned that John Shadegg has lobbied for Hickman's eggs in the past. Hickman's eggs is owned by the then Chair of the Maricopa County Supervisors, Clint Hickman. Supervisor Hickman has been a hostile player in regard to the audit. I feel that this is a direct conflict of interest.

This is yet another reason I am frustrated that I am not allowed to the table regarding the audit. As the former Chairwoman of Elections, I should have been. Yet I find out these things after they happen. Very frustrating.

So Clint Hickman accepts Facebook money to run the election. Hickman's own lobbyist is asked to be the special overseer of the routers & splunk logs, instead of complying with our subpoena. A direct conflict of interest exists. I say we scramble some eggs.

Stolen elections have consequences.

Unfortunately the consequences are felt by the American people. Might the consequences be placed on the wrongdoers? I want to see indictments.
