This is about the 2nd Sussmann lie to the Fbi which Durham is holding over the DC judges head and Sussmann. The DC judges won't excuse for conflict of interest.
This is a non-issue because that case is never going to trial. There will be another case filed--probably in EDVA --with a different judge. Sussmann can agree to have the DC charge moved to Virginia for trial if he doesn't plead guilty. He cannot force an EDVA case back to DC.
