Concerning the Sussman case. Durham filed 1 charge of lying to the FBI in Washington DC BUT, Durham mentioned in the indictment that Sussman lied to another govt investigator (months after the Baker/Sussman interview) about the same thing in another state. So im thinking that the Judge handling the indictment will have to convict Sussman of lying and give him a proper sentence that Durham will recommend because Durham could indict Sussman on the 2nd lying to a govt investigator in the other state and take a 2nd crack at Sussman if the judge in the 1st indictment is a swamp judge. Durham is really tying the judge up with that 2nd incident.
