The 2nd date 9/1/16 is when the initial data that was hacked on 7/5/16 was transferred to another file.

I say Clinton hacked the DNC to change the narrative from her email case and to start Trump/Russia collusion narrative.

Here is a highly technical cyber analyst of the hack itself. Note that the download hack happened from the east coast of the United States not from Romania. Also note the download time was so fast that it couldn't happen from an overseas location.
