DOJ isnt run by intelligent people; its run by political extremists who try to use #lawfare for political gain. The problem with that is The Rule Of Law supersedes their political extremism & most judges aren’t activists who will side with them.
DOJ is going to lose a whole slate of cases: from its frivolous lawsuits against Georgia & TX that dismantle the Election Theft Machine to its foolish lawsuit against Texas heart beat law. They may be able to judge shop & get a win early but on appeal Texas wins.
These suits are political desperation not well suited to #lawfare & DOJ is going to be rebuked repeatedly. Just like they were in Trump’s remain in mexico policy. & when they tried & failed to sue AZ over election security laws.👇
