BREAKING: U.S. Judge Joseph Kacsmaryk refuses to suspend his ruling that directs the Biden admin. to revive the Trump-era policy of requiring asylum-seekers to wait in Mexico for their court hearings. Unless an appeal is successful, the U.S. will be required to revive the Remain-in-Mexico policy by Saturday.
