I mean, this was already litigated. The Supreme Court ruled on it already. How far up the chain will it get towards a reversal when Biden is challenged in court? Not far at all. Lower court judges are not in the habit of defying a SCOTUS ruling.
China can threaten all they want but they aren’t ready for a shooting war with America yet. Close, but not ready yet. They’re dependent on threats & leverage over the illegitimate #joechina admin & others in congress they own, for now.
