Liberal privilege is a real thing. Clinesmith, stays a lawyer, pays some fees, falsifies a document. Rudy, loses law license because of his opinion.

The legality of Censorship by proxy where a state actor is proven to have bartered a quid pro quo with a private person or corporation to censor their political opponents for them from behind the scenes is what the lawsuit is going to determine. If internal documents show members of Congress offering Zuckerberg or Dorsey a quid pro quo to censor Trump for them, the issue going to have to be addressed by the court. Is this activity legal?

OK folks, it is time for another update, and this one is a doosie, so I’ll start from the beginning.
For several weeks now I have been interviewing with Mollie Hemmingway at The Federalist for her upcoming book on the 2020 elections, and she has been planning to go into detail about the residency issues I’ve raised.
Recently The Federalist was contacted by our Secretary of State’s office to arrange an interview with Secretary Raffensperger to talk about the DOJ lawsuit against Georgia over our new voting laws in light of the recent Supreme Court decision in Brnovich v. Democratic National Committee. The reporter assigned to do the story is Margot Cleveland, who is also a seasoned attorney and adjunct law professor. Since she had the opportunity to interview Brad, she decided to end that interview by asking about their open investigation into votes cast in the November General Election with residency issues.
I told her when she starts asking about that they wound most likely respond in one of three ways:
1. They might try to discredit me or my analysis. I told her if they do that, she should remind them they tried to hire me as a contractor less than a year ago to do their statewide investigation into the double voting issue I discovered last year down in Long County. I wound up not doing that analysis because they wanted me to sign an NDA that would have prevented me from even discussing it. I really wanted to do it, and was willing to do it for free, but I will not be muzzled.
The other problem with that strategy is I always have the option of giving a copy of the data to a county district attorney who cares about election integrity so they can investigate unlawful votes cast in their county. So option #1 would be a generally bad idea.
2. They could just admit the problem exists, which they’ve actually already done without citing any numbers, and then try to blame the counties for it. The main problem with that approach is if a county is presented with a driver’s license that still has the voter’s old address on it, they have no way that I am aware of to detect that.
The other problem is that answer could also vindicate President Trump’s position on that now infamous Trump/Raffensperger phone call, in which President Trump and his Georgia attorney Kurt Hilbert demanded an investigation into these very issues. They literally wanted Raffensperger to investigate this same database of voters, which they had a copy of because these issues were part of President Trump’s Georgia lawsuit.
3. They could claim they can’t comment on an ongoing investigation, and then try to just run out the clock past the 2022 election. Frankly this was what I really expected them to do, and they probably could have gotten away with it. They’re just now clearing much smaller investigations from 2016 & 2018.
When the interview happened, Brad seemed to know little to nothing about the investigation, so the staff jumped in to respond. Surprisingly it would seem they chose option #1, and attempted to claim my analysis contains “False positives” because they have access to social security numbers and full dates of birth, and I do not.
First of all, social security numbers and full dates of birth are not used in National Change of Address (NCOA) processing, even when the SOS has it done. A hashed version of that information is used by ERIC (https://ericstates.org/) to compare the data from member states like Georgia with other states to identify people registered in more than one state, but NCOA itself is a different process and the USPS does not use that data to identify changes of address. I know this because I have a license which permits me to run NCOA on up to 100 million records per year, and I actually use up a pretty sizable chunk of that.
Second, I have said from the very beginning that some percentage of these records might be students who went away to college, or enlisted people away on a tour of duty, etc., but the majority of the nearly 35,000 records are not going to be temporary

Imagine my surprise....." Yet during my interview last week with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, he seemed unfamiliar with this most recent evidence of illegal voting......When asked for the status of Watson’s investigation and other details, while both were receptive to questions, neither Jones nor Fuchs could provide definitive answers. While on Friday Fuchs promised to give Watson permission to speak with me, and while both the deputy secretary of state and the press secretary promised to arrange an interview with Watson and to track down answers to several questions, to date, no further information has been provided and no interview has been arranged, notwithstanding several follow-up communications. Hopefully, that is because Watson is busy investigating the strong evidence of illegal voting and not because the Secretary of State’s Office is attempting to bury the story — and the fact that Trump might have been right after all — until after Raffensperger fights off a primary challenge." Yeah, that’s why i’ve been using the term American KGB for the past 3 years. That’s exactly what it is: complete with political prisoners, politically motivated criminal prosecutions, paramilitary raids on political enemies & orwellian spying. ⬇️

Hey Tucker, any questions now?

“America's intelligence agencies are completely out of control. Thanks to a completely quiescent media establishment that emerges only to cheer on the spies, we have suddenly become a Stasi or KGB state, one in which the government is spying on everyone.”

The only way to answer these issues is in court under oath. There have been MANY violations of GA laws and/or ethics by this office- Raffensberger, Sterling, Queen Fuches +. Since the RINO pro Kemp club apparently refuse to hold anyone accountable for SELLING OUT EVERY LEGAL GA VOTER, they continue their lies and cover ups.

For example: why the HELL is Jordy Fuches a) still working with pay in that office b) not arrested for her actions of deliberately deceptively editing the private phone call between Trump and Brad and releasing that to media?
She maliciously created a FALSE narrative out of a not for public legal communications and made it public.
Why would she or ANYONE in that office tell the truth when LYING AND CHEATING has kept them from consequences thus far?
