Federalist wrote an article saying its what gives Garland his ace card to overturn the Georgia Voter ID law- the problem is the provision that Garland is counting on was struck down by the US Supreme Court.

It’s also a violation of the 10th Amendment & federal courts will strike down any federal law forcing 9 southern states to get permission to modify their voting laws. Don’t forget how many federal judges Trump seated, or the Supreme Court’s recent 9-0 verdicts against the illegitimate Biden admin.

One of the biggest questions I have is did Barr purposely slow walk these investigations hoping they would be ended if Trump lost?

I believe the answer is yes. I also believe he deliberately prevented the Justice department from investigating election fraud because he knew it would result in no accountability for any of these crimes. He was protecting the deep state, and in particular the FBI & DOJ. 👇

I am 37 yrs old today. Born 1984. At 27, I was on federal probation, working out of a garage attic with nothing but a hidden camera, yeti mic and an iMac loaded with Final cut 7. There was no staff, organization, or resources, I could not travel, and was forced to send cameras to others.

The mission in those circumstances was to expose people who wielded infinite power. I’ve learned and will continue to learn, that yes -- they have tremendous power. But that’s true, in part, because we gave it to them. We feel like we are nothing, but we are not alone. Through the highs and tremendous lows of life, I’ve begun to internalize the old adage; to not rejoice when you have found and not weep when you have lost. Or as Kipling wrote, “If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken, Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools, Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken, and stoop and build ‘em up with worn-out tools.” 37 years -- Don’t they go by in a flash.

Continuing on the national topic - you may have seen my bellwether county video.

Here is the scorecard. Bellwethers are indicators. They come in county format and also in groups of states, which I’ll show shortly.

Some bellwethers die every year, especially in coalition shifts, but these 19 have all voted for the winner since 1980.

Trump won 18 of them. Most are in the working class regions, suggesting no loss of that base.

There is still a massive Second Amendment case outstanding we are waiting for a SCOTUS ruling on as well. 👇

SCOTUS May Rule on Brnovich Ballot Harvesting Case Tomorrow

🚨UPDATE: #SCOTUS has not explicitly said tomorrow is the last opinion day of the year. However, the court usually ends by July 1st. Roberts loves to keep us in suspense. There are 5 cases left. At least 1 will be released tomorrow morning. Brnovich v. DNC is the voting law case.
