For two years, my grandfather and the men he served with fought like lions defending freedom against communism in the Forgotten War, the Korean war. He wasn’t a support specialist, he was an 11 bravo. He carried a garand. He was on the frontlines for the entirety of that miserable war.
He remembers the hoards of chinese communist army troops Moa Zedong sent over the border to wipe them out.
How do i explain to him that his, and the sacrifices of his fellow soldiers, were in vain?
How do i explain to them the how & the why the Democrats, the Republicans, & the courts handed over America to a Chinese Communist Party Asset, to be our next president?
