What this means is no IMMEDIATE court order, b/c like RBG said in Gore v Bush in 2000- the only critical date is Jan 6 when congress gets the elector slates. What this means is the Full US Supreme Court is gonna hear the issue & decide. Scroll up to earlier in this timeline to the PA response to Alito- its weak & pathetic.
