New Ngo report: A Jamaican national accused of a child s—x plot, sodomy, strangulation and violent s—x crimes has been arrested in Portland by deputies from a neighboring county.
Oregon law makes it illegal for law enforcement to contact immigration authorities about foreign criminal suspects in custody. ICE had no idea about the case until I contacted them.
