Why is the CHAZ designation critical? This area was first set up to be an independent land from the United States. Similar to the Native American Tribal Nations (while receiving no federal funds)
in other words: the Politicians, the Seattle City Council and Mayor forced the abandonment of the City Property to those who established an area they claimed to be completely independent of Washington State and also the United States of America
