There are volumes of debates from drafters that define original intent of Constitutional law in this country. Law is only made flexible and ambiguous by mealymouthed lawyers and activist judges. Average person is oblivious to this and thats how illegal precedent, like Roe and Birthright Citizenship, simply become political tradition.
