Unfortunately, the warrant requirement amendment failed on Friday on the House Floor 212-212. A final vote on the two-year extension of FISA (early versions had a five-year extension) passed, with 86 Republicans voting no. However, Lee (FLA) and others forced another vote on the warrant requirement amendment on Monday before the bill passes.
