1. Judges have been nominated and confirmed at a record pace thus remaking the courts for a generation. There are still many vacancies to be filled, and there is the elephant in the room. An elderly, ill SCOTUS judge. The Dems are desperate to stop the steamroll…

2. December brought us the OIG report that revealed stunning abuses of the FISA process by the Obama administration's FBI and DOJ. Senate hearings and investigations have been promised, but could not be implemented with an Impeachment trial on the horizon.

Do the Dems/Lawfare/Media have a vested interest in postponing those public hearings and investigations as long as possible? I think so, especially if their role in the process is revealed.

3. It is an election year and tying up the Senate in this fruitless process keeps them from passing any meaningful legislation or treaties. Do the Dems/Lawfare have a vested interest in keeping this from happening?

Yes, they cannot afford to let the President or the GOP Senate have any positive accomplishments leading up to the election. This is what is called election interference.

These are just the top 3 reasons I can think of for why the Dems/Lawfare may have for wanting to tie up the Senate. Do you have any other ideas for why they needed to do this?
