Texas Attorney General Defies Biden, Says Texas Will Continue to Ban Federal Agents from the Border
AG Ken Paxton is setting up for a showdown with federal agents in an effort to protect Texas' borderland from the southern invasion.
Paxton wrote to Biden's DHS:
"The state will continue utilizing its constitutional authority to defend her territory, and I will continue defending those lawful efforts in court."
