NOW - Local police report at least 22 dead and 50-60 injured in Lewiston, Maine shooting at Schemengees Bar and Grille and a children's bowling league at Sparetime Recreation.
Robert Card, a 40-year-old firearms instructor and Army Reservist, has a history of mental health issues, was committed 2 weeks to a mental health facility this summer, and reportedly "hears voices."
Previously, Robert reportedly threatened to "shoot up the National Guard Base in Saco, ME."
Maine State police, the FBI, and ATF are now involved, a state-wide manhunt is underway.
