On Life, Liberty and Levin Mark is talking about Jack Smith with Gov McDonnell.
The Gov tells Mark that Smith's team told the former Gov's staff, friends and family if they testified favorably to the GJ about the Gov they would be charged with obstruction.
This statement from last night stuck with me.
We know Jack Smith is Javert. And he staffed up with people who are like minded.
