THREAD - Judge blows up Hunter Biden's unprecedented sweetheart deal after asking about investigations into First Son's failure to register as a foreign agent, and IRS whistleblowers accuse the DOJ of obstructing investigation & blocking felony charges.
2. Judge: We looked through a bunch of diversion agreements and couldn't find a similar agreement not to prosecute... Do you have any precedent for agreeing not to prosecute crimes that have nothing to do with the case?
DOJ: "I'm not aware of any, Your Honor."
3. Judge: "So there are references to foreign companies... Could the government bring a charge under the Foreign Agents Registration Act?"
DOJ: "Yes."
4. The judge questioned a $1 million payment to Hunter from convicted Chinese spy Patrick Ho, with whom Hunter partnered and referred to as the "spy chief of China" in private voice messages. Ho's first call from prison was to James Biden, asking for Hunter Biden.
9. Judge asks about attorney Kevin Morris paying off Hunter Biden's taxes, "Do you make payments on that loan?"
Hunter: "Not currently, your honor, but it's a normal typical loan."
11. Judge says individuals are usually charged with felonies for false statements when buying a gun, and Hunter admitted that he lied, but wasn't charged, asking, "Does the government have any concern about not bringing the false statement charge?"

and said its time to open an Impeachment Inquiry.
It is fortuitous she did this right before the Reps come home for a month.
Even with all we know, they dont have the votes, YET.
This is on us.
While they are working in the district. YOU need to exercise your agency and let your voice be heard to YOUR Rep.
They aren't there on Impeachment because they think it will cost them votes to do it.
Let your Rep and let them know it will cost them votes NOT to open it up.
That is all we are asking.
Just start the process.
Call your Reps local office. Make an appointment to meet with them, and take a few friends to learn where they are on the issue.
Go to their public events and ask them questions.
Calls are good, but only part of the process. Show them that you will give up your most precious commodity- time. That will have an effect on the process going into September.
They respond to their voters.
Make your voice heard.
