This was a major problem when I was a teacher. In public, we had to speak vaguely why we implemented certain measures to counteract cheating, but in private meetings we all said it was overwhelmingly the Chinese that were cheating. We didn’t have too many Subcontinentals then, but other non-Whites had no where near the level of cheating the Chinese had.

One of our strongest voices against them was a teacher of Chinese heritage (born and raised in Canada) who taught in China for a couple of years. She said they were horrible to deal with and the parents were even worse, as they’d make your life a living hell if you didn’t accommodate everything for their child and virtually guarantee a very high grade on everything; regardless whether it was warranted. Hungarian presidential election soon.

Viktor Orban of Fidesz and Peter Magyar of Tisza are both very anti-immigration by EU standards. They support strict border protection, while opposing EU Migration and Asylum Pact, relocation quotas, mandatory migrant intake from other EU countries, etc.

Magyar accuses Orban of corruption (which is not unfounded) and of hypocrisy on immigration; Orban still allows non-EU guest workers, particularly Asians, into the country. Magyar claims Tisza will ban all non-EU guest workers and deport those already in Hungary.

Overall, Orban appears more ideologically hardline on immigration, painting it as a civilizational crisis and strongly opposing EUrocrats, while Magyar seems more pragmatic and softer on the EU.

I have no idea if Magyar is sincere or merely appropriating RW talking points for his campaign, like Donald Tusk of Poland, who later allied with leftists when in power, cracked down on the RW, passed "hate speech" laws, EU Digital Services Act censorship, etc.

Magyar won the Hungarian election. I hope he rules well!
