An interesting deep dive into these serial murders. I was reminded how far off the supposed police experts were while trying to catch the shooter. Always had to be a White guy in his 30s driving a White van. It just couldn’t be a black guy, let alone 2 (and neither in their 30s or driving a white van). I meant to add, the main guy of the two murderers repeatedly tried to contact the police to negotiate but they didn’t believe him or told him to call back later at another number. Because of that, he simply went back to shooting people. Police competence at its best.
