Excellent! This one is an RNA polymerase inhibitor like remdesevir.

RNA pol is such a great target. This is an enzyme that humans don't have. We have an RNA polymerase that transcribes DNA->RNA. But SARS-CoV2 has a genome that is made of RNA to begin with, so to copy itself it has to go RNA->RNA. We don't do that. We don't need to do that. So it becomes a nice difference between our machinery and theirs, and therefore an attractive target to kill them that won't kill us.

To be specific, we have what's called a DNA-dependent RNA polymerase. It depends on DNA being there for it to be able to transcribe a copy of RNA. The virus instead has an RNA-dependent RNA polymerase.
