A sophisticated 200k system will be installed in the centre of Kaunas and record every car entering the historic centre to try and reduce CO2 emissions - with no exemption for taxis, residents, or workers given as yet.
The exact levy to be imposed is still under discussion, but is expected to be decided by the end of the year.

Birmingham City Council has effectively filed for bankruptcy after being hit with a Β£1bn equal pay bill and freezing all non-essential spending.
A section 114 notice has been issued - an admission the council cannot manage its catastrophic financial crisis.
The issuance is essentially the equivalent of a white flag surrender which signals that officers cannot see a way out of the mess without government support and intervention.
But Rishi Sunak is managing the economy, eh?

It's not the first time she's mixed up the country for the narcotic, previously referred to Eastern Ukraine as "Eastern Cocaine".
