Brussels finds the LGBTQ lobby more important than national identity, Hungarian Justice Minister Judit Varga told La Stampa.

“It is the right of parents, not Brussels, to take care of the education of their children. It is a right guaranteed by the European Charter, we want to protect our children and schools from LGBT propaganda,” she added.

“The European Union wants to impose an educational model and its attitude affects freedom. There is a gender lobby that seeks and demands its own spaces to the detriment of the freedom of others," she stated.

"Freedom also means that there are limits to its exercise. Gender ideology is an idea, it is not a law, it is not a norm,” she concluded.
