Judge Anthony Trenga stated in an extraordinary ruling,

Flynn partner wins new trial in foreign-agent case

(Politico) - A former business partner of President Donald Trump’s National Security Adviser Michael Flynn scored a major legal victory Friday as a federal judge ordered a new trial for the Iranian-born businessman on charges that he acted as an unregistered foreign agent for Turkey as Trump ran for president in 2016.

The ruling from U.S. District Court Judge Anthony Trenga in Alexandria, Va., was the latest lurch in a legal roller coaster ride for Bijan Rafiekian, who was found guilty by a jury following a 2019 trial then had his two felony convictions thrown out by Trenga only to see the guilty verdicts reinstated by an appeals court last March.

As first reported by veteran Turkish journalist Cüneyt Özdemir and TWP, Joe Biden may have dispatched his brother, Jim Biden, to personally interfere in this case 4 days before Biden's announcement to run for the Presidency. If true, that could possibly constitute witness tampering, obstruction of justice, or some other criminal act; and potentially constitute "High Crimes and Misdemeanors".

New Evidence Emerges Of Eric Holder’s Role In Flynn Setup

TWP's reporting seemingly was later corroborated in an interview by @TracybeanzOfficial of Bijan Kian's co-defendant @EkimAlptekin. Revealed for the first time in the interview, Alptekin detailed how Jim Biden and wife Sara traveled to Istanbul after repeated requests by the Biden camp for a meeting, and offered to have former Obama Attorney General Eric Holder represent him in his criminal trial related to FARA charges brought by the Mueller Investigation.

"Alptekin reveals associates of Joe Biden had been reaching out, through his attorneys, requesting a meeting with him. Having been railroaded for the better part of two years, Ekim explained he was unwilling to meet with attorneys or intermediaries, and would only agree to meet with a member of the Biden family directly. After a period of time, he received word that Jim and Sara Biden were requesting an invitation to meet with him in Turkey. The trip would need to be arranged through a “proper organization”, presumably Alptekin’s own Turkey-U.S. Business Council.

Alptekin proceeds to drop a new bombshell that wasn’t mentioned even in his Turkish language interview with Cüneyt Özdemir. He revealed Jim and Sara Biden recommended he hire former Obama Attorney General and self-described Obama “wingman” Eric Holder, who by that time had left public office and returned to his position as a partner with Covington in the Washington D.C. office. The same Covington that had prepared the FARA filings that were at the heart of the indictments related to Flynn Intel Group and were currently representing Gen. Flynn in his criminal trial."

It has always been assumed the “several fronts” were the Mueller Special Counsel Office (SCO) or as with Flynn, conflicted defense counsel with existing connections to Mueller SCO prosecutors who had pressured Alptekin to plead to crimes he didn’t commit.

What if the pressure was coming from other fronts too? Could Joe Biden or those representing him been attempting to leverage their past relationship to pressure Alptekin to turn on Flynn and salvage a criminal case against him? After all, Gen. Flynn had just entered into his own plea deal that included a cooperation agreement to testify in the criminal case against Alptekin. Perhaps they felt Alptekin might be ready to fold under the pressure.

UPDATE: DOJ Continues Persecution of The Flynn Intel Group

This is now the 2nd time Judge Anthony Trenga has dismissed the case against Bijan Kian. The 1st time Trenga set aside the jury verdicts stating,

"The Government failed to present substantial evidence for a rational juror to find beyond a reasonable doubt that [Kian] knowingly participated in a conspiracy."

In an extraordinary move, the DOJ chose to appeal Trenga’s ruling to the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. The 4th Circuit held off on ruling on the appeal until March 2021 after President Trump was safely out of office. Then proceeded to overrule Trenga's Motion of Acquittal along with 4 other rulings that would justify a mistrial in the case and conditionally grant a Motion for New Trial, and remanded the case back down to the district court for further consideration.

The article and video will cause you to question how our government could possibly sponsor such nefarious and criminal efforts. It is saddening, shameful, and heartbreaking to think our "leaders'' (elected and appointed) could knowingly participate in such atrocities betraying the trust and allegiance of all patriotic citizens wearing the uniform. Some of the names attributed in the article you have undoubtedly heard of and, if true, it should not come as a surprise that they are involved.

Before you disregard the allegations, be sure to reflect upon Agent Orange, the Tuskegee Airmen syphilis, and nuclear test experiments.

Please consider reading the article and watching the video then forward to all you can. The alleged treachery sponsored by government officials is criminal beyond compare. Keep in mind the "subjects" of the experimentation are the class of folks least able to resist and are subject to the most restrictive methods of control. US Military personnel face severe penalties for, in this case, simply refusing to take a shot.

The question for all of us is "what can we do about it". The answer is; challenge the government and every official that fails to uphold their oath of office, to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic", and reject any call to comply with any clearly illegal, immoral, unethical order, directive, or mandate. Your rights and freedoms come from God and no person has the right to restrict them! Stand up and resist!!

As apparent in the prior video of Robert Barnes, in the immediate aftermath of the 4th Circuit's ruling overturning all 5 of the district court rulings, conventual wisdom was Judge Trenga would now be forced to sentence Bijan Kian to federal prison for a crime the judge who oversaw the trial believed he was innocent of.

In @EkimAlptekin's Apr 2021 interview with Tracy Beanz, they talked about how Trenga went out of his way to be fair and impartial during the trial despite the climate in and around Washington D.C. during the Russia Collusion and Mueller Investigation hysteria. It's hard to overstate how far Trenga is sticking his neck out with yesterday's ruling.

UncoverDC’s Wendi Strauch Mahoney has corralled the major election integrity efforts by state legislatures into an impressive progress report:

• Eight states enacted laws in 2021 and 2022 that impose new or stricter voter ID laws: AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, MT, TX, and WY.

• Thirteen states put legislation in place to restrict mail-in voting: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, KS, LA, MT, ND, OK, and TX. Iowa appears to be the only state to restrict early voting so far. Every Democrat opposed it.

• Five states have legislation under consideration that would ban or restrict drop boxes. SC’s H3444 and WI’s S939 have passed both House and Senate. Drop box related bills have passed the first chamber in GA, AZ, and ID. None have yet been signed into law.

• Five states tightened voter registration laws and requirements: IA, MT, NH, TX, and UT. Arizona’s House and Senate recently passed a law requiring proof of citizenship when registering to vote. That bill is heading to Gov. Ducey’s desk for final approval.

• Eighteen states created or expanded legislation related to “election-related crimes”: AZ, AR, CA, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ND, NV, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, and WY. In addition, NJ prohibited certain electioneering activities, and HI increased the maximum fine for providing false information to $10K.

• Eleven states have either banned or severely restricted the acceptance and use of private funds for state and local elections: AZ, AK, FL, GA, ID, KS, MS, ND, OH, TN, and TX. Another 5 states have passed anti-Zuckerbucks legislation that is awaiting a Republican governor’s signature: AL, IN, OK, VA, and SD.

• Ten states strengthened processes related to “ballot return, verification, and curing” that “restrict voter access”: AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, LA, MT, TX, and UT.

• Two counties have passed resolutions to eliminate voting machines: Nye County, NM and Rio Blanco County, CO. “Just over 3,100 [counties] to go,” Seth Keshel posted.

• Texas and Arizona have been two of the most active states in terms of strengthening election integrity laws. North Dakota, Arkansas, Montana, Georgia, and Florida have also made a good showing.

• Michigan and Pennsylvania have made the least progress - they “stand out as two states that have done very little legislatively to advance public trust in elections through legislation,” Wendi noted.
