There’s a Latin phrase that says:
“Carpe diem, memento mori”
It literally means “Seize the day, remember that you will die”

I think it perfectly explains how we should live our lives by making the most out of every day but remembering that everything is temporary, whether good or bad.

It’s also similar to the Arabic saying:
"اعمل لدنياك كأنك تعيش أبداً، واعمل لآخرتك كأنك تموت غداً"

Both remind us to live life the right way to enjoy this world and make the best of it, but never forget the real life that awaits us after it....
