The Paradox of Choice: Why More Is Less

It made me realize that having too many options isn’t actually as freeing. endless choices can cause anxiety and leave us feeling less satisfied overall. It discusses the psychological angle of choices, which I found super interesting. I get overwhelmed trying to make the best choice in everything and sometimes that just burns me out, but it reminded me that ‘good enough’ is actually more than enough sometimes:). There’s value in recognizing when something is sufficient and being content, instead of constantly chasing something better.
