Highlights of the new MKULTRA collection include:

A DCI-approved plan in 1950 for the establishment of “interrogation teams” that would “utilize the polygraph, drugs, and hypnotism to attain the greatest results in interrogation techniques.” (Document 2)

A 1951 memo that captures a meeting between CIA and foreign intelligence officials about mind control research and their shared interest in the concept of individual mind control. (Document 3)

A 1952 entry from the daily calendar of George White, a federal narcotics agent who ran a safehouse where the CIA tested drugs like LSD and performed other experiments on unwitting Americans. (Document 5)

A 1952 report on the “successful” use of ARTICHOKE interrogation methods that combined the use of “narcosis” and “hypnosis” to induce regression and later amnesia on “Russian agents suspected of being doubled.” (Document 6)

A 1956 memo in which MKULTRA chief Sidney Gottlieb signs off a project that would “evaluate the effects of large doses of LSD-25 in normal human volunteers” on federal prisoners in Atlanta. (Document 13)

The 1963 report from the CIA’s inspector general, which led CIA leadership to reexamine the use of unwitting Americans in their covert drug testing program. (Document 16)

With over 800 military garrisons poisoning more than 90 foreign countries and territories, it cultivated a doctrine of absolute predation. From the genocidal horror of Vietnam, with over 3 million dead; to the annihilation of Cambodia, where 2 million perished under American-backed terror; to the systematic slaughter of Koreans, with more than 4 million Korean lives extinguished; to the destruction of Iraq and Libya, where one million Iraqis and tens of thousands of Libyans were consumed by American fire.

Yet the rational order that governs the world once helped humanity move beyond such practices.

Palantir helps governments and giant companies connect scattered data about people, businesses, contracts, and money.
OpenPlanter could give that same power to ordinary people.
Feed it corporate records, political donations, lobbying disclosures, government contracts, or other public documents.
Its #AI agents search through everything, identify the same people and companies across different datasets, and turn the connections into a live knowledge graph.
You can click an entity, follow its relationships, and inspect the original sources behind each finding.
The desktop app already works on macOS, Windows, and Linux. It supports OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, and local models through Ollama.
But OpenPlanter is still an early-stage project.
It is nowhere close to having the data, resources, or maturity of #Palantir.
Still, the idea is huge.
Powerful institutions have spent years using data to investigate the public.
Now the public may finally get a tool for investigating them.

Franklin Graham of Samaritan’s Purse Quarantines Americans in Kenya due to Ebola “Virus” in Defiance of Kenya’s High Court

Franklin Graham and his Evangelical Christian organization Samaritan's Purse is at it again, working hand in hand with Big Pharma and the U.S. Government to get involved with the "Ebola virus outbreak" in Africa, by quarantining American aid workers exposed to the "virus" in Kenya, even though they have no symptoms, before they can return to the U.S.

And this is in direct defiance of the Kenya High Court's ruling to STOP these military-style quarantine camps put up by the U.S. from being used in their country.

As I have previously reported during the COVID Scandemic, Samaritan's Purse participated in mass COVID-19 vaccination campaigns with the deadly, experimental COVID-19 "vaccines" as well as the deadly experimental drug, Remdesivir.

They helped the U.S. Government turn Christian churches into vaccine clinics, with many Christians receiving the deadly shots and drugs right in their own churches!

Back in 2021, Franklin Graham told his 9.6 million Facebook followers that: “I think Jesus Christ would advocate for people using vaccines and medicines.”

He claimed to have taken the shot himself, and later that year, he had heart surgery for pericarditis, a known side effect from the COVID-19 shots.

So here we are today in 2026, with Americans being quarantined for a "virus" that produces no symptoms, and with American authorities disregarding the rule of law due to an Ebola "pandemic", etc.

Where have we seen this movie script before?
