On a surface glance it poses an interesting situation between US and China since it’s a place we like to get shit made separate from China, but China wants that turf. All in the recent wake of Pelosi visit. Bigger picture tho, entire governments are resigning worldwide. Again, I think a new “phase” is being set for. Might need to take another look at operation lockstep, or just keep on with my missions of building community and individual resilience- we all know shits gonna be rocky for a hot minute. Already is, unless you’re a billionaire.

On March 25, the Bank of Russia announced it would buy gold at a fixed price of 5,000 rubles per gram. Less than two weeks later, on April 7, Russia’s central bank canceled its new gold-buying policy, opting instead for a negotiated price (at a discount).

The logic behind this move, according to an excellent report by Interfax, is fairly straightforward: sanctions have made it difficult for commercial banks to export their gold to foreign markets. FYI - in case anyone is unclear - the "raid" on Trump's house "Mar-a-Lago" is theater.

It's aimed at convincing the increasingly lost and bewildered US anti-establishment that Trump is on their side.

It's aimed at corralling and controlling potential resistance.

Trump is just another puppet. If he's being set up for another term it's because the Powers that REALLY Be find him useful.
