Supreme Court Announcements/Decisions
NEW: In unusual circumstances, Supreme Court will announce one or more opinions in argued cases tomorrow morning at 10amET. The Court will not be taking the bench. Many legal experts are predicting a possible Colorado decision tomorrow.
A quick retrospect, the last time the Court issued a last minute opinion day (while not taking the bench) indicated an unsigned decision from a recent (in the context above, Trump ballot case) controversial case. Since the TikTok ban is set to begin on January 19, the parallels of the two circumstances are very similar, which indicates the likelihood of the TikTok case being decided tomorrow.

Happy Friday Everyone!
This morning the justices will release one or more opinions in argued cases so far this term starting at 10amET. Since the justices will not be taking the bench, the opinions will be immediately available on the Supreme Court website, and we will provide you all with the opinion(s) once made available. Although we donβt know for sure which cases are being handed down, or how many, itβs likely weβll have something related to the TikTok case, given the timeline.
