Good Wednesday morning everyone!

The justices will convene to the case of Glossip v. Oklahoma. The case deals with a fair trial dispute, in which Glossip accuses the state of Oklahoma of violating the due process clause. The state ultimately admitted the multiple errors but the Oklahoma Court of Appeals refused to block the execution of Glossip. The justices will consider whether the state violated the due process clause by suppressing key evidence from the jury.
