Stay tuned for later today as we should know when the next opinion day, other than tomorrow, will be. The Court still has over a dozen of cases pending, which means we could have up to three (or four) opinion days next week, but we won’t know anything until later. We will let you know when they announce more days! We might be heading into July this year, only time will tell

Happy Friday Everyone!

Welcome to round two of opinions this week, yesterday the court released four opinions, will they release that many today? We’ll find out at 10 AM ET when they begin releasing more decisions in argued cases. We’re still waiting on a lot of controversial cases, including guns, abortion, Chevron, presidential immunity, etc.

The court has already added Wednesday as an opinion day next week, but there’s a very good chance that they will expand that to Thursday and Friday, we will surely know more (hopefully) on Monday or later today.

That’s all for today folks. Only two opinions today, which means unless the Supreme Court somehow releases the rest of the docket over the next two days, there is a likelihood that we will be coming back in July (next week) for more opinion days. Join back here tomorrow morning same time for another set of opinions, *hopefully* more than what was released today.

FYI: It appears that an unreleased Supreme Court decision was *briefly* made public on the Court’s website this afternoon for a moment before shortly being taken down. As a reminder, a Supreme Court opinion is not final until it’s officially released from the justices themselves during the regular opinion releasing sessions. If *that* opinion is released tomorrow, it will be sent to this channel as all other opinions have and will be when they are made available.

Happy Thursday Everyone!

It’s round two of opinions this week, the justice will convene at 10 AM ET to release one or more opinions in argued cases this term. There are still plenty of outstanding cases, including abortion, Chevron, Presidential Immunity, as well as the Jan 6th defendant case β€œFischer v. United States.” All of them are possible today, and hopefully we will receive more than two opinions, unlike yesterday. We will know this morning whether there will be more opinions next week or not. (The Chief Justice tends to announce the last day of opinions on the penultimate day).

As we have all term, we will send you the opinion(s) as soon as they are available on the website.
