Happy Thursday Everyone!
Itβs the first of two opinion days this week at the Supreme Court. The justices will convene at 10 AM ET to deliver one or more opinions in argued cases this term. As the list of cases still pending start to shrink, we should have a better understanding of which justice has the *final* set of opinions.
We will hopefully know more this afternoon about any opinion days next week, we expect more than two given the time of the month.

Thatβs all for today folks. Only two opinions today, which means unless the Supreme Court somehow releases the rest of the docket over the next two days, there is a likelihood that we will be coming back in July (next week) for more opinion days. Join back here tomorrow morning same time for another set of opinions, *hopefully* more than what was released today.

FYI: It appears that an unreleased Supreme Court decision was *briefly* made public on the Courtβs website this afternoon for a moment before shortly being taken down. As a reminder, a Supreme Court opinion is not final until itβs officially released from the justices themselves during the regular opinion releasing sessions. If *that* opinion is released tomorrow, it will be sent to this channel as all other opinions have and will be when they are made available.
