That’s all for this week folks! We will be back next Thursday for another opinion day. It is plausible that the Supreme Court adds Friday as an additional opinion day as well. The court currently has 22 cases pending, so we will have to wait and see what happens in the next two weeks. Have a good weekend everyone!

JUST IN: The Supreme Court has added Friday, June 21 as a second opinion day this week. There is a potential that the Court schedules more than two opinion days next week, but we will find out later this week if that happens.

Happy Thursday Everyone!

It’s the first of two opinion days this week at the Supreme Court. The justices will convene at 10 AM ET to deliver one or more opinions in argued cases this term. As the list of cases still pending start to shrink, we should have a better understanding of which justice has the *final* set of opinions.

We will hopefully know more this afternoon about any opinion days next week, we expect more than two given the time of the month.

Stay tuned for later today as we should know when the next opinion day, other than tomorrow, will be. The Court still has over a dozen of cases pending, which means we could have up to three (or four) opinion days next week, but we won’t know anything until later. We will let you know when they announce more days! We might be heading into July this year, only time will tell

NEW: The Supreme Court will announce one or more opinions in argued cases next Wednesday June 26, in addition to tomorrow morning. This means that if there are more days *added* next week, they will likely be Thursday and/or Friday.

Happy Friday Everyone!

Welcome to round two of opinions this week, yesterday the court released four opinions, will they release that many today? We’ll find out at 10 AM ET when they begin releasing more decisions in argued cases. We’re still waiting on a lot of controversial cases, including guns, abortion, Chevron, presidential immunity, etc.

The court has already added Wednesday as an opinion day next week, but there’s a very good chance that they will expand that to Thursday and Friday, we will surely know more (hopefully) on Monday or later today.
