Good morning everyone!

Today the justices will convene at 10amET to deliver one or more opinions in argued cases this term. We still have plenty of outstanding cases for the Court to render decisions on. Tomorrow will also be an opinion day so we will be receiving a minimum of two cases over the next two days. As always, we will bring you the opinions when they are released to the website!

That’s all for this week folks! We will be back next Thursday for another opinion day. It is plausible that the Supreme Court adds Friday as an additional opinion day as well. The court currently has 22 cases pending, so we will have to wait and see what happens in the next two weeks. Have a good weekend everyone!

JUST IN: The Supreme Court has added Friday, June 21 as a second opinion day this week. There is a potential that the Court schedules more than two opinion days next week, but we will find out later this week if that happens.

Happy Thursday Everyone!

It’s the first of two opinion days this week at the Supreme Court. The justices will convene at 10 AM ET to deliver one or more opinions in argued cases this term. As the list of cases still pending start to shrink, we should have a better understanding of which justice has the *final* set of opinions.

We will hopefully know more this afternoon about any opinion days next week, we expect more than two given the time of the month.
