Happy Thursday everyone, welcome to the final day of oral argument for the Supreme Court’s 23-24 term.

In the most significant case of the entire term, the Supreme Court will convene this morning at 10amET to hear arguments in Trump v United States.

The case involves whether former President Trump has immunity from prosecution related to his alleged actions involving the 2020 election and the January 6 attack on the US Capitol. The justices will decide “whether and to what scope, a President, former or current, has immunity from prosecutions for what is considered to be “official acts” of the President”.

A decision in this case is likely to come down in June, however, due to its expedited circumstances, a decision could come sooner.
