Blessed Yule, Kolฤda or whatever it is called for your people, and Merry Christmas, folks.
Look after your families and friends, do not be divided among yourselves, be in good health and stay strong.
Also make sure to keep Yuletide traditions alive with your family and local communities, especially in the belief in magic and Father Christmas or Santa Claus. The love of one's family, honouring one's ancestors and the gods, generosity to one's friends, and the magic of the cold, winter nights are what matters.

The Hoar Stone is tucked away in the village of Enstone, on the corner of a narrow country road surrounded by holly trees. Blink and you'll miss it.
It is the remains of a neolithic portal dolmen from around 3500BC. The capstone has long been broken and lies in front of the monument, hidden amongst the leaves and mud. The front stone of the portal is missing, if it was still standing the internal space of the tomb would be around 1.5 metre by 1 metre.
The tallest stone is known as the Old Soldier. On midsummer's eve it is said that he awakens and goes down to the brook for a drink. In another version of the tale, instead of walking down to the brook the Old Soldier walks to the local pub.
In 1925, six stones were visible on the remains of a mound. Unfortunately this is no longer visable almost 100 years later.

Sorry for the repost, I noticed a couple of errors in the previous post!
Here's to 2023. It's been a mixed bag of a year, but the last few months have made up for the awful start.
Somehow my following has continued to grow, despite only just really returning to writing and filming. I'd like to thank everyone for sticking around and those who have just joined me.
My preserves business has taken off in the latter months which has been a complete surprise.
I have lots of things planned for 2023, hopefully you'll all continue to stick around to see what I have in store.
We all know 2023 won't be easy, but I wish you all the best.
Happy New Year.
