We lost in appeals. The court ruled that Cyber Ninjas is subject to public records requests. As a result we've received a number of additional requests today.

This should theoretically mean that any government contractor in AZ could potentially also be subject to public records. Now's the time to send out your requests 😉.

The truth is breaking the system because Americans are speaking out and not putting up with the BS. Unlike in other countries who have surrendered to tyranny, Americans will stand for truth until the end no matter the consequences. They can’t stop all of us.

With all the audit stuff I was heads-down and doing with the audit in AZ, I was out-of-the-loop on what else was going on in the world. It breaks my heart to hear these reports out of the Jan 6 detainees.

Please pray for a revival in our country. It is only through our country returning to God that we stand a chance.

This is fake news. I never talked with Johnathan Ford, nor have I stated what he's claiming. The $5.7M was all received and paid to contractors or in direct expenses incurred for the audit. We're still in the red $2.1M, of which $1.9M is debt. I was NOT ever promised any additional audits to pay the difference. Its the opposite. I've stated that I'm not going to lead another audit until my debts are paid. We would consider a supporting role with another company leading and would be happy to help them be successful.

Clearly with as much as we're in the hole right now, bankruptcy is a possible outcome but not a plan.
