But Samson had a secret. The secret to his strength. His long hair which was never cut.
And Delilah was the woman who could pull this secret out of him.
A woman he 'loved', the Philistines committed her to intoxicate Samson and make him confide in her.

You will doubt yourself.
If you're confident, go and do it.
You'll soon know if you were wrong and you'll acquire experience at the same time.
Reframe this in your mind:
There is nothing wrong with making mistakes, it's enriching.
Do not fear failure.
Look forward to its lessons.
Not everyone's advice is worth listening to.
Take calculated risks, but it's imperative that you fuck up.
There is no way around it.
Pain IS the process.
Trust the process.
Trust the pain.
It means you're growing.

People are on autopilot, reacting to circumstances rather than responding.
They are in energy conserving mode, working in a repetitive pattern.
Ignoring power dynamics, psychological biases and that inherent irrationality of the human minds, living in a self-made fantasy world keeps people miserable and resentful.
In the Kurukshetra War, this ignorance of Duryodhana is what brings about the demise for the Kaurava clan.
