Been a little disappointing for me recently

I thought it could rally to ~$87 comfortably on the back of the $BTC move

Still looks fine but expected more

Short $BTC is my only open trade atm

I feel like if we are to make a run for $70k it's going to be from this level

No reaction here and it's back to $62k imo

Pretty good week of trading.

Longed $BTC & $ETH to the local top, stuck to my plan and flipped short.

Managed positions as planned perfectly, scaling in and out.

Feels good man, more of the same next week.

Very simple view on things here...

- Lose the weekends lows at $63.5k and this prints hard

- Break above last weeks highs and it's invalidated

Entry is well in the green as local trendline support begins to weaken.

TP1: $62,000
TP2: $60,000

Main risk factor is the FOMC meeting tomorrow.

De-risking and securing partial profits ahead of the volatility is highest priority.

FOMC later guarantees volatility.

I'll be sticking to the plan as I expect the decision on rates to be short term noise.

Opened a short this morning at $1.15 📉

Feels risky fading a strong uptrend but this is the first time a 4H low has been lost and retested as resistance.

Looking for it to roll over and head to $0.92 but if the volatility presents decent quick profits, I'll book them.

I posted about skimming profits on Friday which has been key during summer chop.

But this small L could have been a huge W.

It's not a huge position at this point as I've been scaling out on red days.

I've found that compounding small wins during summer chop works best for me.
