On the search warrant that was executed at the home of longtime Los Angeles politician and former child actor Sheila Kuehl
(D-Santa Monica):
“LA County DA George Gascón’s office claims the case was presented to the office in September 2021, but they determined that the evidence didn’t prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt and that the LASD said they’d keep investigating. No one from LA Sheriff’s Dept updated the DA’s office before Wednesday, they say.
With federal investigators involved, Gascón’s services might not be needed anyway.”
Sheriff Villanueva is running this show. 😏

It’s basically a war between Gascon & Villanueva.
Villanueva has created his own task force to investigate public corruption, & they work around Gascon, not with him.
Gascon didn’t know about any ongoing investigation or the warrant to raid Sheila Kuehl’s home & non profit until it was already underway. They took everything….servers, devices, files, & even towed the woman’s car bc she wouldn’t give up the black box in it 😆
So I’m guessing Gascon was presented the arrest warrant, most likely by federal agents, & had no choice but to comply.

Just reminding everyone that Beau Biden's Foundation was "For the Protection of Children" .. it actually still exists.
Recall that Hallie Biden, Beau's widow, didn't even protect her own daughter from her predator brother-in-law. Ashley Biden and Jill Biden committed felonies because they were mandated reporters in the State of Delaware and they did not turn over allegations of sexual misconduct on the part of Hunter. All of this will be laid out in the report.. with receipts, of course, as you've come to expect from Marco Polo.
