Allah's Name:
Al-Waasi' (The All-Embracing)
This beautiful name denotes the vastness of Allah's mercy, knowledge, majesty and all His perfect attributes.
It occurs 9 times in the Qurโan. For example, Allah says that which means:
"But if the two separate, Allah will make each dispense with the other out of His plenty provision. Indeed, Allah is All-Embracing, All-Wise." [Al-Nis
Dear sister, your knowledge of the vastness and greatness of Allah and His mercy, power, knowledge, grace, and giving instills a sense of reverence and fear in your heart from Him, as well as love for Him. Ponder over the words of Allah...
"Our Lord, You have embraced all things in mercy and knowledge" [Ghฤfir: 7]
๐ You can couple Allahโs name โthe All-Embracingโ with all His other names, for nothing in His creation is hidden from Him as He has all-embracing knowledge; nothing within His dominion can escape His power, for He has all-embracing ability, and the preservation of the heavens and earth does not tire Him; the sins of sinners do not trouble Him, for He has all-embracing mercy and forgiveness; and there is no limit to His giving and rewards, for He has all-embracing generosity.
As Allah says, "The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed [of grain] which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies [His reward] for whom He wills. And Allah is All-Embracing, All-Knowing."

Allah's Name:
Al-Qudoos (The Most Holy)
Al-Qudoos means the One Exalted far above any deficiency or defect whatsoever, for He alone possesses the attributes of absolute perfection.
This noble name occurs twice in the Qurโan. The first in the following verse:
๏ดฟูููู ุงูููููู ุงูููุฐู ูุง ุฅูููู ุฅูููุง ูููู ุงูู ููููู ุงูููุฏููุณ๏ดพ

"All that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth extols the glory of Allah, the King, the Holy One, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise." [Jumuโah: 1]
Knowing this beautiful name of Allah increases the Muslim's love for his Lord, as it teaches us the perfection of Allah from all aspects and the fact that He has no deficiency whatsoever in His self or actions.
Part of extolling Allah Almighty is to extol His Shariah and deem it exalted above any deficiency. This requires that we rule with His Shariah and this will ensure our safety in this world and in the Hereafter.
As narrated by Abu Dawood, it is sunnah to recite after finishing the Witr prayer:
ุณุจุญุงู ุงูู ูู ุงููุฏูุณ
"Subhaan Al-Malik Al-Qudoos"
โGlory be to the King, the Holy Oneโ, three times.
A benefit regarding the association between Allahโs name โthe Kingโ and His name โthe Holy Oneโ is that Allah Almighty is not like the kings in the world who may commit injustice, mistakes, unwise acts or they go through heedlessness and forgetfulness. He is the Holy King Who is absolutely Perfect and Exalted far above all defects.

Allah's Name:
Al-Kabeer (The Great)
Allah is the Great in His Self, His attributes, and His actions. Nothing is greater than Him. Rather, all things are small next to His Majesty.
This noble name occurs 6 times in the Qurโan. One example is:

Allah commands us to exalt Him, knowing this greatness. He says that which means: "And say, โAll praise is due to Allah Who has neither taken to Himself a son, nor has He any partner in His dominion, nor does He need anyone, out of weakness, to protect Him.โ So exalt Him in a manner worthy of His exaltation." [Al-Isrฤโ: 111]
In light of this noble name and attribute of our Lord, we were commanded to say Takbฤซr in many areas of worship, for example:
โก๏ธ when we commence the prayer and when we move from one position to another in it
โก๏ธ during the Adhฤn
โก๏ธ during the Tawฤf, Saโi, the throwing of pebbles at Hajj
When you say Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Most Great), remember that Allah is Greater with His Self than any other self. He is Greater with His safety and relief than any affliction. He is Greater with His forgiveness than any sin. He is Greater with His cure than any illness. He is Greater with His power than any enemy. Allah is the Most Great, and all praise is due to Him.

Allah's Names:
Al-Awwal - Al-Aakhir
(The First - The Last)
Allah's name Al-Awwal (The First) tells us that He is the One before Whom there was nothing. All creatures came into existence by His creating. As for Him, there is no beginning for His existence.
Allah's name Al-Aakhir tells us that He is the One after Whom there is nothing. He is the Ever-Lasting and everything on earth will perish and ultimately return to Him. There is no end to His existence, subhanah.
These noble names occur in the verse that says:
๏ดฟูููู ุงูุฃูููููู ููุงูุขุฎูุฑู ููุงูุธูุงููุฑู ููุงูุจุงุทููู ูููููู ุจูููููู ุดููุกู ุนูููู ู๏ดพ

โก๏ธ They are also mentioned in the Prophetโs Sunnah in a Hadฤซth reported by Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding a supplication to be said before sleep, โO Allah, You are the First and there is nothing before You. You are the Last and there is nothing after You...โ
Dear sister, your glorification and love for Allah Almighty will grow so much when you know that He had always been and nothing existed before Him, and there is no beginning for His existence. That is the attribute of the True God.
Know that all things apart from Allah Almighty were non-existent and He bestowed upon them the favor of bringing them into existence in addition to preparing them and providing them with sustenance and all the creation is doomed to end and perish. All praise is due to Him in this Life and in the Hereafter.
Your servitude to Allah, the First, means that you should worship the Almighty Initiator. This gives you a sense of tranquility and trust in His promise. And your servitude to Allah, the Last, means that you worship the Ever-Lasting God Who will not die or perish while everything else will come to an end and perish. So, let your heart be attached to Him and let your limbs pursue the proper means to reach your goals.

Allah's Name:
Al-'Afoow (The Pardoner)
Al-'Afoow is the One Who erases and pardons sins and does not punish the perpetrator, though he deserves the punishment.
This noble name occurs 5 times in the Qurโan. For example:
"If you display a charitable [deed] or conceal it, or pardon an odious deed, then surely Allah has been Ever Pardoning, Most Competent" [Al-Nis
Dear sister, when you see how Allah Almighty pardons His servants and shows clemency towards them, your love for Him and your hope for His rewards increases. Indeed when a person knows the great clemency of Allah Almighty, no despair can remain in his heart.
Whoever sincerely seeks the clemency of Allah Almighty, deserves to be pardoned by Him especially if he accompanies that with regret over his past sins and real resolve to follow the right path.
One of the best means whereby you can attain the pardon of Allah is to be clement yourself towards His servants. The Prophet (๏ทบ) said, โAllah increases the honor of him who pardons.โ [Muslim]. Also, Allah Almighty says, "And the retribution for an evil act is an evil one like it, but whoever pardons and makes reconciliation - his reward is [due] from Allah." [Al-Shลซra: 40]
There are cases when the mistake is serious, and the person at the receiving end finds it difficult to pardon given the gravity of the wrongdoing. In such situation, he should remember his Lord and how He loves and pardons those who are clement and the generous reward He has prepared for them. As a result, his fury and desire for revenge abates and his anguish turns into pleasure and peace.
An example for us is Prophet Yลซsufโs conduct towards his brothers despite all what they did to him. He said without hesitation, he said to them: "No blame lies with you today. May Allah forgive you. He is the Most Merciful" [Yusuf: 92]
