Anger is such a powerful energy. ⚡️⚡️

A primal survival instinct, it can save us when under threat. However, projected out at others it is destructive.
And held in it that same destructive force injures the physical body.

Anger is a secondary emotion, it defends our vulnerability, it protects us from feeling the truth that sits below it, usually sadness or fear.

Discovering the root cause of any physical illness will no doubt take you on a journey through anger into those deeper emotional feelings.
The body guides us there.
