Some of you may or may not know but earlier this year I was struggling with severe pain and inflammation in both of my hands from a nasty fall on the ice during the โSNOWVIDโ freeze here in Texas. It had become unmanageable and I was struggling to even run the channel because it was tough to be on my phone for long periods of time. Iโm going to share a couple of pictures to give you and idea of the severity. Then I will share what happened next.....
