It is important to sow seeds even in the driest desert;
oases will emerge, and life will begin to bloom.
In every glance we offer, there is a ray of sunlight;
in every gesture, our humanity shines through.
And at the end of the day,
when our soul feels weary,
let us remember that life always blossoms again.
Light is born from darkness,
because everything is destined to be reborn.

One of the greatest acts of rebellion in a world designed to harvest your attention, your fear and your emotional energy is to remain at peace.
That does not mean becoming indifferent. It does not mean looking away from evil, injustice or corruption. It means learning to observe without allowing yourself to be consumed by it.
The system feeds on reaction. It wants you angry, afraid, exhausted and emotionally entangled in every crisis, every outrage and every manufactured drama. The more energy you give it, the stronger its hold becomes.
Awareness is necessary and discernment is essential, but suffering every day over things you cannot immediately change serves neither you nor the world.
These days of our lives are precious. We will never get them back.
Protect your energy. Invest it in your family, your health, your faith, your purpose and the people you love. Give your attention to what nourishes your spirit and withdraw it from the forces that seek to drain it.
The matrix of human misery only survives because so many people continuously feed it.
Step back, observe, see clearly. Become a witness to the madness, not a participant in it and above all, refuse to become its victim.

Military Box Breathing.
4Γ4Γ4Γ4
Breathe in for four seconds, deep into the lungs.
Hold for four seconds.
Breather out, for four seconds, pushing down into the stomach.
Hold for four seconds.
Repeat.
If you wish, for each negative thoughts, that enters your mind, replace/think of, three positive thoughts.
Reset one's mind and calm your body.
Win win.
