A tree with a severed branch that still lives and grows leaves, sustained by the connection it formed over time with a branch growing beside it.

It is remarkable how nature shows us that even after losing something important, life can still find a new way forward.
Not everything that has been wounded is destined to die.
Sometimes, in the very place where everything seemed broken, a strength is born that did not exist before.

Because survival does not always mean being untouched by pain.
Often, it means having the courage to keep growing despite it. 🌿

Your suffering is the breaking of the shell surrounding your understanding.
For just as a fruit's seed must burst to reveal its core in the sun, so too must you experience suffering.
And if you can maintain your hearts in awe of life's daily miracles, your suffering will seem no less miraculous than your joy.
Then you embrace the seasons of your heart, just as you embrace the seasons that pass over your fields. And you will look calmly through the winters of your sorrow.
Much of your suffering is of your own choosing. It is a bitter medicine, with which the doctor within you heals your ailing being.
So trust the doctor and drink his medicine in silence and peace.
For his hand, though heavy and hard, is guided by the gentle hand of the Invisible.
And the cup he gives you, though it burns your lips, is fashioned from clay moistened by the Potter's holy tears.

Practice listening to your intuition, to your inner voice.
Ask questions. Stay curious.
See what you see. Hear what you hear.
And then act on what you feel is true.

These intuitive gifts were given to your soul at birth.

β€œI left her by the river two hours ago. Why are you still carrying her?”

People can carry one sentence, one mistake, one moment inside themselves for years.
Not because the event itself was so powerful β€” but because their mind turned it into the center of their identity.

And that is where suffering truly begins:
not in the experience itself, but in the endless psychological return to it.

Maturity begins when a person understands that not every wound needs to be kept alive through memory.
Some things must simply be put down before they start living inside us more than we live ourselves.
